Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products being majority handmade or made-to-order, we do not accept returns. We know that you will appreciate that you will be receiving a brand new, never been soiled, product and not someone's exchange or return. We do, however, offer a Buy, Sell, Trade thread in our VIP group where your items may be resold.

Please be advised that as a small business, we cannot follow procedures that corporations such as Amazon or Walmart have in place regarding returns and refunds.

We do not offer refunds on products, used or unused.

Because orders may be mailed out the same day that they are placed, we also do not allow order changes or cancellations.


If you believe that you have received a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. You will be required to provide a photo(s) of the defect and/or incorrect product.

If upon further review you are deemed eligible for a replacement, you will be offered a replacement of the same product that was originally ordered.

Please note that sizing is not a defect. We include measurements for your convenience. Please measure before purchasing to ensure you receive the correct size. We always suggest sizing up if your child is in between sizes.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
